About Me
I am Senior UX Designer and Consultant that is passionate about the journey and process of finding results rather than the results itself. I am enthusiastic about my career as a technology consultant specializing in UX design at IBM where I intend to continue demonstrating my potential and deliver effective solutions through utilizing my technical background and design expertise for end-to-end product development.

My Story
My name is Triz Kitilimtrakul, I am from Thailand but mostly grew up in the United Kingdom where I attended high school at Abbey College Cambridge, undergraduate university at King’s College London studying Computer Science and postgraduate university at University College London (UCL) studying Human-Computer Interaction.
My love for technology began when I aspired to become a computer scientist at a young age having interned during summer breaks as a software developer while studying my bachelors degree. However, my passion slowly faded when my app’s market performance was very poor, user adoption rates were low and app store comments were filled with negative usability feedback. That’s when I turned to a discipline called “UX Design” in the hopes of utilizing its principles to turnaround my developer career. It was that introduction that got me hooked to the science of human-computer interaction where I decided to pursue my passions via a master’s degree in the discipline.
The rest was history, I catapulted myself into IBM right after graduating from university and kickstarted my career as a UX designer working under IBM Consulting’s Customer Transformation service line. Through the invaluable training, mentorship and experience that IBM has provided me, I have now been certified in UX Design from Nielsen Norman Group, UX Management from Interaction Design Foundation and awarded core IBM badges in speaker/presenter, mentorship, power skills and banking industry bronze as a sign of commitment to my project deliverables for all my clients.
